By accessing or using Image Background Remover ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service provides AI-powered background removal from images. Credits are consumed upon successful background removal. Failed attempts do not consume credits.
You may sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to provide accurate information.
Credits are purchased via PayPal or Creem. Credits are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Monthly plan credits expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over. Credits are consumed only when background removal succeeds.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose. You may not upload images that are illegal, infringe on intellectual property rights, or violate our Acceptable Use Policy (including NSFW content restrictions).
Users retain all rights to images uploaded and processed through the Service. The Service does not claim ownership of user content.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the Service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may discontinue use at any time.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Users will be notified of material changes via email.
